We strive to present accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, because each cheesecake is handmade, slight variations in size, color, or appearance may occur. These differences make every Ugly Cheesecake unique.
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
Orders must be placed through our official website or at one of our physical pickup locations. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
We accept major credit/debit cards through our secure payment processor. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or inaccurate information.
We currently do not offer shipping. All orders are pickup only at one of our three designated Ugly Cheesecake locations.
Pickup details will be provided during checkout and in your confirmation email. Please ensure that you select your preferred pickup location and date carefully.
Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll notify you. Please retrieve your order promptly, as our cheesecakes are perishable and must be stored under proper refrigeration.
We are not responsible for any product left unclaimed or not picked up within the stated time frame. Orders not picked up by the end of the pickup window will not be refunded or replaced.
Because our cheesecakes are perishable food products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed. Please double-check your order details and pickup location before confirming your purchase.
If there is a quality issue or an order error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at rjholdingsmn@gmail.com with your order number and photos, if applicable. We review each situation individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Our products are made in a kitchen that may handle milk, eggs, nuts, soy, wheat, and other common allergens. While we take care to maintain cleanliness and safety, cross-contact may occur.
Customers with severe allergies should contact us before placing an order to discuss potential risks.
All images, text, logos, recipes, and other content on this Site are the property of Ugly Cheesecake or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ugly Cheesecake and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Cass County, Minnesota.
